The 2006 National Cross Country championships took place at Parliament Hill in North London on Saturday. I have created a flash presentation of some of the pictures I took of the event.

I thought it might be interesting to list the equipment I use for athletics and other types of photography. This is fairly comprehensive but I’m sure I’ll remember some of the other stuff I have lying around! And don’t get me started on bags!

The last of the 2005/6 series of London City Runnner Metropolitan League races was held yesterday at Perivale. This Flash presentation includes one photograph of each of the TVH runners who took part.
